The brand website was not effectively representing Deepak Builders & Developers' real estate agency, leading to a loss of potential leads. The existing site failed to convey the agency's prestige brand identity and extensive portfolio, which spans 2 million sq. ft of construction.

Client's Request

Deepak Builders & Developers sought a standout website that would create a strong brand identity. They wanted a unique design that would differentiate them from typical template websites and attract more potential clients.

My Solution

I delivered a visually pleasing brand website that enhances the agency's identity. Using Figma for initial lofi and hifi prototypes, we conducted usability tests to refine the design. The final product included custom animations and micro-interactions created with HTML5, CSS3, and GSAP with JavaScript. After thorough manual and automation testing, the website went live, showcasing Deepak Builders & Developers in a compelling and engaging way.

Deepak Builders & Developers, a prominent real estate agency with a 36-year legacy in Nashik, faced a challenge with their existing website. The outdated design failed to capture the agency’s extensive portfolio and prestige, leading to a loss of potential leads. They required a fresh, standout website to redefine their brand identity.

We initiated the project by crafting low-fidelity (lofi) and high-fidelity (hifi) prototypes using Figma, ensuring each design phase was meticulously aligned with the client's vision. Rigorous usability tests were conducted with the client, allowing us to fine-tune the design to meet their specific expectations and functional requirements. Following the approval of the final design, we transitioned to the development phase, utilizing HTML5 and CSS3 to build a responsive website that guarantees seamless performance across both desktop and mobile platforms. Additionally, we integrated sophisticated custom animations and micro-interactions using GSAP and JavaScript, adding a dynamic and engaging element to the user experience.

After completing the development, we conducted both manual and automated testing to ensure functionality, performance, and a seamless user experience. The project, spanning 7 months, culminated in a visually pleasing and engaging website that effectively showcases Deepak Builders & Developers' services and projects.
